This consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area in the same room, a separate toilet with a sink and a hallway leading to the outside area and to the stairs which are the connection to the first floor. The terrace in the outside area can be reached via the hall and the dining area in the kitchen. In the living room there is a TV with satellite TV.

The 1st floor:
Here are three bedrooms, two of which look to the pool side and a large bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and sink. In the two bedrooms, which look to the pool side, there is air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own television with satellite TV. From the hall on this floor you have access to the 25 m² balcony of the house.

The outside area:
The pleasantly designed outside area consists of a 35 m² terrace next to which is the beautiful swimming pool. There is also another bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine, which has its own entrance. On the partly covered terrace there is a wooden grill and a table with benches for everyone. Of course, the landlord also prepares enough wood for grilling. The swimming pool is 20 m² in size and can be heated with the help of a solar system. A swing and a trampoline are available for the little guests of this house.
For nice summer evenings, the outside area of ​​the house is equipped with very pleasant lighting.
20 meters from the house there are 4 free parking spaces which belong to the property of this house. The parking spaces are covered.
