The 245 m² of living space is spread across two floors. The ground floor has direct access to the terrace with a jacuzzi and consists of three comfortably furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The upper floor, connected by an internal staircase, includes one more bedroom, a separate toilet, a spacious and bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. From this floor, you can also access the pool and the outdoor terrace with a barbecue.

There is also a charming small stone house on the property, furnished as an additional living room. This space is perfect for gatherings and creating unforgettable memories with family and friends.

All four bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort during warm summer days.
