Located in the peaceful area of Malinska, specifically in Vantačići, this newly decorated holiday home from 2023 offers the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. With a private pool and close proximity to the sea, it is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The nearest beach is only a 4-minute walk away.

The house is spread across three levels – ground floor, mezzanine, and first floor.
Upon entering through the hallway, you’ll find a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. On this level, there is also a separate WC with a sink and a laundry room. From the living room, you have direct access to the outdoor space and the pool. Internal stairs lead up to the mezzanine level, where you’ll find a covered balcony with a stunning sea view and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a spacious 20 m² balcony with a view of the sea and the pool. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds.

The outdoor area of the house offers a spacious terrace with a large table and chairs – an ideal space for socializing and dining al fresco. Alongside the pool, you’ll have access to six comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing and an outdoor shower.

The entire house is air-conditioned, and each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit. Free WiFi ensures constant connectivity, and all rooms are equipped with TVs for added comfort and entertainment.

The house is located in a peaceful and idyllic area, making it unsuitable for parties.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
