Description

The holiday home is divided into the ground floor, a middle floor and the first floor.

From the entrance area on the ground floor you enter the living room with kitchen and dining area which is fully equipped. Here is a separate toilet with sink and a laundry room. From the living room you have access to the outdoor area/pool area.

An internal staircase leads to the middle floor (between the ground floor and the 1st floor) on which there is a beautiful, covered balcony with sea views and a bedroom with its own bathroom.

If you go further up the internal staircase you come to the 1st floor of the house. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom has access to a gorgeous balcony (20m²). Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. From the balcony you have a view of the sea and the swimming pool.

The outdoor area offers a very nice terrace, which is furnished with a large table and chairs and is ideal for nice, cozy hours together. Next to the swimming pool (3.7 x 9 m) there are 6 sun loungers available for sunbathing and lounging, as well as an outdoor shower.

The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with Wifi. All rooms have a TV.
All bedrooms have their own air conditioning.

PLEASE NOTE:
This villa is located in a quiet and idyllic area and is therefore not suitable for party holidaymakers.

Please note that smoking is only permitted outside.
