Just a few steps from the sea and the beach, the "Villa Olivenbaum" is surrounded by a Mediterranean natural landscape and some old olive trees - a backdrop that gives the house its name and ensures pure relaxation.
The house extends over two floors and impresses with a lovingly designed outdoor area. The spacious terrace with barbecue invites you to spend sociable evenings, while the well-kept garden and the wonderful swimming pool with sea views offer the perfect place to relax. An outdoor shower provides additional refreshment on warm summer days.
A private parking space is available for guests directly on the property. Pets are welcome and can be brought for a fee of 10.00 euros per day. Air conditioning and WiFi are included in the price, so both comfort and digital amenities are guaranteed.

CULTURE:
Nearby is the small island of Kosljun with its famous Franciscan monastery, which you can visit on a tourist ship.
