A bathroom with a shower is equipped with all necessary amenities.  

On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each decorated with attention to detail to ensure a peaceful and restful sleep. The rooms are bright and airy, filled with natural light. There is also a bathroom on this floor. From the first floor, you can access a large balcony overlooking the well-maintained garden and surrounding greenery.  

The outdoor area is a true oasis of relaxation. In the center of the courtyard, there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers where guests can sunbathe and cool off on hot summer days. Next to the pool is a summer pavilion with a wooden table and benches, perfect for outdoor dining. A barbecue is available for preparing tasty meals, and there is a swing for the youngest guests to enjoy. The garden is well-maintained and decorated with Mediterranean plants that create a special atmosphere. The fenced yard provides privacy and security, and there is private parking available next to the house.
