The breakdown is as follows:

On the ground floor is the entrance area, a dining/kitchen, a living room and the bathroom.
In the living room there is a fifth bed (a pull-out sofa bed). From the kitchen you have direct access to the terrace and the courtyard.

An internal staircase leads to the 1st floor on which a large hallway and two bedrooms are available. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed.
The holiday home offers maximum comfort thanks to two air conditioning systems: one ensures pleasant temperatures in the spacious living area on the ground floor, while the second on the upper floor ideally air-conditions the hallway and the adjacent rooms.

In the beautiful outdoor area there are 2 private parking spaces, a very pleasant terrace, a barbecue area and a garden.
