This dreamlike holiday villa, which is intended for up to 8 people, is located in a very beautiful setting, just a few steps from the beach and the sea.
Everything can be easily reached on foot from this villa. Although you live outside of the hustle and bustle, the nearest beach is only 70 meters away and the town center is only a 10-minute walk away.

The holiday villa is offered with 2 floors, the ground floor with direct access to the pool area and the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is not rented and inhabited, so the villa is here for sole use on 150 m².

Ground floor:
The lower floor consists of a large, air-conditioned living/dining room with a very well equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, there is a bathroom which can only be reached from the pool area.
The living/dining room as well as the bedroom and the outside bathroom have direct access to the pool area.

1st floor:
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, have direct access to the balcony on the 1st floor and have a sea view.

All air conditioning systems in this villa not only have a cooling function but also a heating function for colder months. The 4 bathrooms which are located in the inner part of the villa can be heated.
Washer and dryer are available.

Outside area:
The dreamlike outdoor area is designed in such a way that you have a lot of privacy in the entire outdoor area.
The centerpiece is the 32 m² private swimming pool, heated as required, an outdoor shower, 6 sun loungers, garden furniture for everyone and a terrace with a charcoal grill. The swimming pool has the dimensions 8 meters x 4 meters.
Parking is available on the enclosed property of the house. Another parking space is available in front of the house. The parking spaces are free of charge.
