The villa consists of two levels (ground floor and first floor) and a beautiful outdoor area.

On the ground floor, which can be reached via an internal staircase, three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a wellness area, await the guests of the villa. The very inviting outdoor area of the villa consists of a 24m2 swimming pool, a 4 person jacuzzi and a very pleasant terrace with a BBQ and seating for all.

The walk to the sandy beach is only 850 meters and the linear distance is 600 meters. From this one can conclude that the path leads relatively directly to the sea.
