The ground floor is divided into a cozy, well-equipped kitchen with dining area in one room, a spacious living room with satellite TV, a beautiful bathroom and the entrance area in which there is an internal staircase which leads to the upper floor. In the living room there is a sofa bed which has the dimensions 120x200

There are two large bedrooms on the first floor.
In one bedroom (master bedroom) there is a large double bed (180x200), with satellite TV and from the room you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
The second bedroom has a single bed (120x200) and a bunk bed (90x200), which means it can accommodate 3 people. You can also enjoy the sea view from this bedroom.

There are 4 air conditioners available in this house. Both bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen have air conditioning.

The spacious outside area offers a lot of space. There is a small garden with seating and a large terrace.
The area of ​​the terrace is 45 m². The front part of the terrace is 20 m² and has a lounge corner. The side part of the terrace is 25 m² and is equipped with table and chairs for 6 people, a grill and a table tennis table. A parasol serves as protection from the sun.

There are 2 cozy parking spaces in the courtyard of the house available free of charge.
