This house is divided into two floors, the ground floor and the first floor.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor of the house you have a large living room with kitchen and dining area. There is a bathroom in the hallway.

1st floor:
The upper floor can be reached via an internal staircase.
Here are 1 bedroom with a double bed, balcony and an ensuite bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a room that can be used as a living room or playroom. There is a sofa bed in this room. In the hallway is the third bathroom.

An air conditioner is located in the living room and the 2nd air conditioner is located in the hallway on the upper floor and can thus cool all upper rooms.

A public car park is a few minutes' walk from the house. It is possible to order a weekly ticket for the paid parking spaces. A day ticket costs around EUR 7.00.
