Located just a short distance from the sea in a peaceful setting, this holiday home is ideal for up to 12 guests. With modern and beautifully designed furnishings, the house spans three levels: the ground floor, first floor, and attic.

On the ground floor, you'll find the master bedroom, which features its own living room, bathroom, entrance, and terrace. The bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. Adjacent to it is the wellness area, which includes a jacuzzi, air conditioning, satellite TV, and a summer kitchen that is also air-conditioned and furnished with a table and chairs for all guests. The summer kitchen can also serve as a common room, and there is a separate WC. The terrace on the ground floor is furnished with comfortable seating and a barbecue.

The first floor features a spacious living room with a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. This expansive room is also air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. On this floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. From the living room and dining area, you can access the beautiful 25 m² balcony with partial sea views. The balcony is furnished with a table, chairs, and a canopy, making it the perfect spot for relaxing outdoors.

The attic consists of two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with a double bed), a bathroom, and a room with a PlayStation 4, satellite TV, and a dartboard. This area is also air-conditioned, ensuring maximum comfort and entertainment.

The surroundings of the house provide peace and privacy, while the outdoor space includes a covered balcony with sea views, a terrace with direct access to the whirlpool, and a 50 m² swimming pool with loungers. Additionally, there is a small children's playground with swings and a trampoline. The large pool is located about 10 meters from the house, on a side plot that belongs to the property.

Guests have access to 5 private parking spaces, and there are also 2 free bicycles available for exploring the area.
