The outdoor area offers a very generous amount of space. The centerpiece here is the 24 m² swimming pool. The pool measures 6 meters x 4 meters and is 1.50 meters deep. There is also a small pool for four-legged friends.
The property features a summer arbor equipped with a charcoal grill and seating for up to 8 people, along with a spacious parking area that accommodates up to 3 vehicles. For the little ones, there is a play corner that includes a climbing house with a slide and a sandpit. Additionally, a table football is available, providing entertainment for both young and old.
