The apartment consists of 2 floors, the 1st floor and the 2nd floor, with the entrance area on the 1st floor.

On the 1st floor is the entrance, a well-equipped kitchen, the living room with access to the balcony and a separate toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one person.

An internal staircase leads to the 2nd floor of the apartment where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed and faces the sea, giving it a beautiful view.

The balcony of the apartment has a table with chairs and is covered. In bad weather you can lock the balcony.

For additional comfort, air conditioning, a washing machine and free WiFi are available. A private parking space on the property is included in the price and ensures a stress-free arrival. Pets are not allowed in this apartment and, out of consideration for the neighborhood, barbecuing is prohibited.
