There is also a private children's playground, a barbecue for common use and sun loungers next to the pool. Right next to the pool is the wellness area with a large whirlpool, sauna and fitness room.
A free private parking space is available right behind the house.
The rental price includes intermediate cleaning and changing bed sheets and towels.
Under the house there is a small boat harbor, in which there is a nice café, a restaurant and the possibility to rent a boat or a mooring.
