The apartment consists of an open living and dining area with an integrated kitchen. From here you can access the balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the sea and invites you to linger.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed on the sea side and another with separate beds, which is ideal for children or friends. The bathroom is modern and comfortably equipped.

The apartment has an 11 m² balcony facing the sea, which promises a fantastic view, as well as a 15 m² terrace at the back of the house, which offers additional space for relaxing hours outdoors.

Outside there is a brick charcoal grill at your disposal, perfect for cozy barbecue evenings. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioning units, one in the living area and the other in the bedroom with a double bed, to ensure a pleasant temperature on hot days.

There is a private parking space on the property and pets are also welcome for a fee of 6.00 euros per day. The use of air conditioning is included in the price and of course free internet is available.
