There is a parking space for vehicles directly in front of the house. As a special highlight, guests who book at least a week receive a free boat trip from the landlord. The landlord personally leads this trip with his 8-meter-long boat, offering an unforgettable experience on the sea.

The apartment has air conditioning, which is included in the price, and WiFi. A washing machine can be used after consultation with the landlord for a fee of 4.00 euros per wash. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
