Our Guščok has two exotic houses (suites) on 2500 m2 of land with olive groves, an orchard, beautiful lavender plants and many other fragrant and colorful plants that enrich our story.
STUDIO SUITE:
Consist of a living room on the ground floor, TV, bathroom, loft bedroom, terrace kitchen (refrigerator with a small deep freezer, stove, table and benches, space for barbecue, peka, kotlovina) with a bread oven, summer shower constructed in stone, with a view of the olive groves. Ideal for two people, with a spare bed in the living room. Electricity is generated by solar cells.
In the yard there is a garden with tomatoes, peppers and other planted seasonal vegetables which our dear guests are free to use (no charge).
SUITE:
Consists of a large living room on the ground floor with a table for 6 people, sofa bed, TV, kitchen with an entrance to a separate terrace (separate from the previously mentioned terrace), bathroom, bedroom and a sleeping loft.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with a deep freezer (with three drawers).
The space is ideal for 3 people. Sofa bed also functions as a spare bed.
The garden is also available for use as previously mentioned.
Our Guščok is ideal for two families or a bigger group of 6 to 8 people.
Parking space is available in the yard.
Peace, quiet, fragrant herbs, the song of birds, away from nosy neighbors, ideal for vacation, to relieve stress and get away from the rush of your job.
The hosts are happy and ready to fulfill your every wish, from preparing many delicacies according to your wishes and your arrangement with the hosts (rotisserie, peka, kotlovina, grill, bread from the bread oven, kettle stew the way our grandmothers made).

Umag is is the first city you will reach when approaching Istria from western Europe. Umag conquers with its allure, diversity and richness of the tourist offer. Umag is a town of around 13,000 inhabitants which with about 45 km of the coastline and interesting hinterland integrates special features of the whole region and might be the best introduction into a different experience of the Mediterranean.

In the yard there is a garden with tomatoes, peppers and other planted seasonal vegetables which our dear guests are free to use (no charge).

Consists of a large living room on the ground floor with a table for 6 people, sofa bed, TV, kitchen with an entrance to a separate terrace (separate from the previously mentioned terrace), bathroom, bedroom and a sleeping loft.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with a deep freezer (with three drawers).
The space is ideal for 3 people. Sofa bed also functions as a spare bed.
The garden is also available for use as previously mentioned.
Our Guščok is ideal for two families or a bigger group of 6 to 8 people.
Parking space is available in the yard.

We are located between Umag (7km) and Novigrad (7km) in untouched nature, surrounded by forest, 2 km from the sea. Please refer to the attached map.
Our Guščok has two exotic houses (suites) on 2500 m2 of land with olive groves, an orchard, beautiful lavender plants and many other fragrant and colorful plants that enrich our story.
STUDIO SUITE:
Consist of a living room on the ground floor, TV, bathroom, loft bedroom, terrace kitchen (refrigerator with a small deep freezer, stove, table and benches, space for barbecue, peka, kotlovina) with a bread oven, summer shower constructed in stone, with a view of the olive groves. Ideal for two people, with a spare bed in the living room. Electricity is generated by solar cells.
In the yard there is a garden with tomatoes, peppers and other planted seasonal vegetables which our dear guests are free to use (no charge).
SUITE:
Consists of a large living room on the ground floor with a table for 6 people, sofa bed, TV, kitchen with an entrance to a separate terrace (separate from the previously mentioned terrace), bathroom, bedroom and a sleeping loft.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with a deep freezer (with three drawers).
The space is ideal for 3 people. Sofa bed also functions as a spare bed.
The garden is also available for use as previously mentioned.
Our Guščok is ideal for two families or a bigger group of 6 to 8 people.
Parking space is available in the yard.
Peace, quiet, fragrant herbs, the song of birds, away from nosy neighbors, ideal for vacation, to relieve stress and get away from the rush of your job.
The hosts are happy and ready to fulfill your every wish, from preparing many delicacies according to your wishes and your arrangement with the hosts (rotisserie, peka, kotlovina, grill, bread from the bread oven, kettle stew the way our grandmothers made).

Umag is is the first city you will reach when approaching Istria from western Europe. Umag conquers with its allure, diversity and richness of the tourist offer. Umag is a town of around 13,000 inhabitants which with about 45 km of the coastline and interesting hinterland integrates special features of the whole region and might be the best introduction into a different experience of the Mediterranean.
