This beautiful house is located in the peaceful village of Tribalj, in the hinterland of Crikvenica, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. Surrounded by pristine nature, the house offers complete peace and privacy, while still being close to all essential amenities. Numerous walking trails, a picturesque lake, and lush nature create the perfect setting for exploration and relaxation. The house consists of 2 floors and the outdoor area.

On the ground floor of the house there is a living/dining room with a kitchen in the same room and a bathroom.

Two bedrooms are available on the upper floor. The whole upper floor is open, so the two rooms are partly separated from each other.

The outdoor area is very pleasant due to the natural surroundings and offers a terrace with a portable charcoal grill, a parking lot and green areas behind the house.
