Located in the quiet residential area of ​​Smokvica Krmpotska, near Novi Vinodolski, this beautiful holiday home provides the perfect retreat for up to 12 people. Ideal for family gatherings or groups of friends.
The house is rented as a whole, but is divided into three separate apartments, which allows for the perfect balance between socializing and privacy.

Apartment 1
A spacious two-story apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a private entrance.
On the ground floor there is a cozy living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms have a balcony with a beautiful sea view.

Apartment 2
Located at the back of the house with a separate entrance, this apartment offers a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a balcony.

Apartment 3
Located on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a dining area and a kitchen, and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed. The living room opens onto a balcony with a stunning sea view.

Outdoor space – An oasis for enjoyment

The exterior of the house is designed for complete relaxation. Enjoy the covered terrace overlooking the sea while preparing your favorite dishes on the gas grill. The private pool located right next to the crystal clear sea will be a favorite place for relaxation and refreshment. The pool is open from May 15 to October 15, depending on the weather.

4 parking spaces are provided for guests, and each apartment has its own air conditioning unit to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
