This apartment is located on the 1st floor of the holiday home and consists of a very tastefully furnished living / dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a covered balcony, from which you can literally smell and hear the sea. The balcony is accessible from the living area.
The furnishing and equipment of the apartment is of a very good quality. The kitchen is fully equipped and an induction cooker with 4 hot plates is used for quick cooking.
The extremely pleasantly designed outdoor area offers plenty of space to spend a nice time outdoors. The centerpiece is the 30 m² swimming pool. There is also a private children's playground, a barbecue for common use and sun loungers next to the pool. Right next to the pool is the wellness area with a large whirlpool, sauna and fitness room.
A free private parking space is available right behind the house.
The price also includes intermediate cleaning and changing sheets and towels.
Under the house there is a small boat harbor, in which there is a nice café, a restaurant and the possibility to rent a boat or a mooring.

Wir haben im August 2019 zu viert ein Appartement im Paulina bewohnt. Das Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es ist modern und technisch hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles ist in neuwertigem Zustand. Zwei Schlafräume mit separaten Bädern und ein großer, klimatisierter Wohn- /Essbereich bieten komfortablen Platz. Vom Balkon, der nur rund 50 m vom Meer entfernt ist, hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Adria und die Insel Krk sowie den direkt unterhalb des Hauses liegenden kleinen Yachthafen. Am kleinen sehr schönen Pool lassen sich erholsame Stunden verbringen Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der mit im Haus lebende Verwalter Drago ist super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen sehr angenehmen und entspannten Urlaub im Paulina verbracht.
Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Lage des Paulina direkt an der extrem stark befahrenen Küstenstrasse, hierdurch ist die Lärm- und Abgasbelastung sehr hoch.
