    Postiv: Gute Lage der Ferienwohnungen. Zentrum der Stadt, Strand, alles zu Fuß, gut zu erreichen Alles war gereinigt. Terrasse ausreichend groß. Sehr ruhig gelegen, da das Areal recht groß ist. Wohnbereich auch sehr geräumig. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist in Crikvenica Gold wert. Negativ: wenig Geschirr, was dazu führt, den Geschirrspüler ohne effektive Füllung laufen zu lassen. Defekter/gefährlicher Stuhl auf der Terrasse. Undichte Dusche, Wasser läuft zum Teil über die Fliesen. Furnier löst sich an Küchenverkleidung. Federkernmatratzen in einem Zimmer kurz vor Aussonderungswürdig. Defekte Steckdosen. Nur ein Nachttischschrank im Schlafzimmer. Sehr schlechtes sporadisches WLAN. Im großen und ganzen kann man in der Wohnung prima seinen Urlaub verbringen. Es fehlt ein wenig die liebe zum Detail. Einige der Mängel scheinen auch schon länger zu bestehen.

    Wunderbare Wohnung mit einem Panoramablick auf die Adria! Ein riesiges Balkon, alles neuwertig renoviert. Nur ein Paar Minuten bis zum Sandstrand und zum kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Bis zum Lidl sind 12 Gehminuten. Die Vermittlerin ist sehr nett, wohnt im Haus und spricht ein wenig deutsch. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, dass das Kinderzimmer ist durch Schlafzimmer zu erreichen. Da die Klimaanlage auch im Kinderzimmer ist, kann man die Tür nicht zu machen. Aber wir würden gerne wieder da wohnen.

    Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wird sehr sauber gehalten. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind einfach großartig, nur im 2. Zimmer (Kinderzimmer) müßte in der Beschreibung festgehalten werden, dass es Betten für Kinder oder Jugendliche sind, weil die Betten wesentlich schmäler sind als Betten für Erwachsene. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Außerdem sollte das Geschirr ergänzt werden, es fehlt doch Grundsätzliches, wenn man kochen möchte
