Very nice stone house in the hinterland of Crikvenica that is only a few minutes by car from the popular holiday resort Crikvenica.
With the 24 m² swimming pool in pure nature, it is preprogrammed that you will spend a relaxing holiday.
The 800 m² property is protected from prying eyes and thus offers discretion and thus also protects the privacy that is necessary for a relaxing holiday.
It is country-style with a Mediterranean charm. The 140 m² living space is fully air-conditioned and consists of 2 residential units. Each apartment has a separate entrance.
Large apartment
The large apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with living area with a fireplace and a flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Small apartment
In this section there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a sleeping gallery.
Outside
The outside area in which you will probably spend the most time offers a terrace with a large wooden table, Hollywood swing, and the large (800 m²) walled garden. A large swimming pool with outdoor shower, brick grill with sink and utensils. There are also 6 wooden loungers with cushions, pavilion and lots of nice accessories. Nice view of the surrounding mountains / hills and the castle in Drvenik. In the yard in front of the house there is enough space for three cars.
In addition, guests of this house have Internet, satellite / TV, washing machine, cot, high chair, iron & ironing board, grill and private parking spaces.
